The Aeroswage is a computer controlled micrometer built into a powerful torque tool and truly a revolutionary innovation in swaging which can potentially save millions of dollars in time and labor per year across multiple industries!

This tool continuously gauges the nut to body gap until it has reached the desired gap and then automatically shuts itself off. Nothing could be simpler for the operator. Just push the trigger and the tool does the rest. A repeatable swage every time. Versatile and adaptable, the Aeroswage efficiently assembles two ferrule fittings from all major manufacturers including Swagelok, Parker Hannifin, Circle Seal, Hy-lok and SSP to name but a few. Quick interchangeable sockets that hold and drive the fitting called "Switchblades" automatically recalibrate the tool to the exact specifications required to assemble each fitting size. The Aeroswage has no vices, marking pens, long handled wrenches or feeler gauges. Your swaging crew will enjoy the freedom of movement to do "in place" installations, no pre-swaging required.

AEROSWAGE is a portable, computerized swaging machine in a compact rechargable form.

• Effortlessly install gaugeable, two ferrule fittings in less than 12 seconds.
• One driver will accommodate multiple fitting sizes. The SX – 1 will assemble all fittings associated with 1/16" up to ½" tubing. This includes both regular and thick wall tubing.
• AEROSWAGE features a patented fitting capture feature, called a "switch blade". The switchblade holds the fitting body in place during assembly. This eliminates the need for a vice during swaging and results in zero reaction stresses to the operator.
• The on-board computer provides unparalleled accuracy and repeatability to +/- 2%, providing the most accurate tool of its kind in the world!
• Optional data logging provides complete written documentation of the entire swaging process, including date stamping.

TRAINING:
Training to use the Aeroswage takes about 10 minutes. Due to its ease of use, this tool can make anyone an expert technician regardless of physical size, or technical background.
